Nina Jobs

Jobs is a Swedish designer known for her bold clarity, graphic precision and confident use of colour. Educated at Beckmans College of Design in Stockholm and later at Konstfack, she has built a multidisciplinary practice spanning furniture, textiles, interiors and art direction. Her work moves between industrial design and spatial concepts, often characterized by strong silhouettes and a refined sense of composition.

Jobs approaches design with a distinct visual sharpness. She frequently combines clean geometry with expressive colour blocking, creating pieces that feel both playful and architecturally grounded. Her background in graphic design is often visible in the way she works with contrast, rhythm and proportion — allowing even simple forms to carry a strong identity.

This sensibility is clearly expressed in the Poppy Poufs. With their soft, rounded volume and sculptural presence, Poppy balances comfort and clarity. The pouf’s generous form is straightforward yet characterful, functioning as both seating and spatial accent. Like much of Jobs’ work, it uses simplicity as a canvas for expression — whether through colour, textile choice or placement within a room.

At the core of her practice is a belief that design should communicate clearly — that strong form and colour can shape an environment as powerfully as architecture.
