Designed by Note, Persimon begins with a close observation of the persimmon fruit—the way its inner segments form a structure that is both precise and soft. This became the starting point for a material exploration: how far can glass be pushed towards something almost textile in character? How thin can it be, while still holding its form? The answer lies in the shade. Light, finely balanced, and carefully shaped, it reveals both the fragility and the strength of the material. A quiet exercise in restraint, guided by craftsmanship.
