Tiki Ottoman
The inspiration for Tiki comes from Kon-Tiki — the raft that Thor Heyerdahl sailed to Polynesia in 1947. This can be seen, among other things, in the shape of the back cushion and armrests, which echo Kon-Tiki’s sail when filled with wind.
About
The round Tiki Ottoman creates a contrast to the rectangular forms of the sofas and lounge chairs in the Tiki family. In all other respects, it is elegant in the same inimitably nonchalant way. Here we find the cushion’s characteristic seam, as well as the sharp lines formed by the tubular steel legs on which the generous, rounded cushion rests. The ottoman works equally well alongside the other Tiki pieces or as a standalone item. Choose between leather, suede or textile upholstery. The legs are available in a range of different colours.

The designer / Andreas Engesvik
A designer is someone who looks at the world of objects with curiosity, seeking to understand how things work, while also noticing what is missing and what could be improved. This curiosity is clearly seen in Andreas Engesvik’s work. He explores new ways of approaching materials and making use of their properties – always with a strong focus on what it is like to use and live with the furniture he creates. Take Bollo, for example – a bold piece of furniture, certainly, yet at the same time a pleasure to sit in. A little like a slightly eccentric outfit that fits perfectly, making you feel both comfortable and special at once.
