Balneum by Genova Property Group

Stockholm’s Balneum housing development by Genova Property is one of the city’s most talked about residential architecture projects of recent years. Fogia’s pieces were used extensively in the project to bring a sense of Scandi stillness, mostly in natural tones and colours.



Advertising agency QuallsBenson’s new offices in Long Island, New York. The client wanted to create a  statement with its lobby area, the first touch point for new clients. The HTL Kungsgatan hotel was drafted by Koncept. Smart and minimal, its design strips clutter from the interior to focus on what a visitor really needs. Together, we created two bespoke sofas for the hotel, one lounge installation, the other made specifically for the restaurant.
