Hawthorne House

Architecture studio, Edition Office brings Hawthorn House, a minimalist masterpiece, to a suburb in Melbourne that’s more used to traditional period buildings.

The award-winning concrete statement building nestles between two outer shells, framing and capturing light and contrasting with the soft greenery on the plot of land it occupies.

Inside, the dwelling spaces are light and spacious with minimal decoration and furniture that has been selected to reflect the balance of heavy and lightness. Timber, glass and concrete forms the interior colour palette, and rounded, glazed corners adds softness.

Fogia’s Tiki and Bollo are used in multiple rooms.

Tiki

Iconic and sleek, with neo-vintage styling, Tiki has secured its place in the Scandinavian design landscape. A collection beyond comparison. Designed with Andreas Engesvik.

The iconic Tiki collection is a visually simple collection with a high level of comfort. Tiki has a feather light, yet informal expression. Made to the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality, Tiki can be specified in leather, suedes or textile, with a choice of leg colours. The collection consist of sofas in two sizes, armchairs in two sizes and a matching pouf.

Bollo

A piece that took the design world by storm. Bursting with character and personality, life is just better with a Bollo. Designed with Andreas Engesvik.

Bollo was initiated as a typical Scandinavian lounge chair with slim features and modest use of materials. The final result is a chair driven by comfort, both visually and in use. Bollo has a strong character inspired by its heightened level of comfort, with generously shaped cushions and a bold appearance. The soft volumes reach out to embrace the slim metal base, creating an interesting intersection between the base and its cushions.
