Our Own Factory
Our armchairs go through a rigorous period of prototype testing before they’re handmade to order in our factory in Gdansk, Poland. Working with both designers and the skilled artisans in our factory, the chairs are fine-tuned to combine uncompromising comfort with a visual integrity. Wood is produced in our on-site sawmill, while the feathers, down and leathers in our upholstery are repurposed bi-products from other industries.

It’s common in Sweden to have a kitchen sofa. Block takes a few of its design cues from this sort of sofa. We wanted it to be familiar and friendly, to pull on a nice memory from the past.
