Combiplex
Fogia’s original name was Combiplex, for a very simple reason. The two founders had a vision of creating a table that combined glass and acrylic. Together, they managed to develop a way to join sections of Plexiglas and the result was stylish transparent tables and side shelves. Fogia’s name still references the Swedish word for join, in tribute to this very table.

Our Own Factory
Our furniture is handmade to order in our own factory in Gdansk, Poland. Our stools, footrests and poufs are made according to the highest standards, combining the expertise of our designer collaborators and the skilled artisans working in our factory. We work with fine materials and fabrics, while an on-site sawmill ensures we have greater control of the wood we use. Fathers, down and leathers in our upholstery are repurposed bi-products from other industries.
